Users can also learn about environmentally friendly products, healthy activities in their community, and the latest scientific research outlining best practices for optimal health.

Our app integrates with the Health app where users can sync their health-related data like steps, calories, sleep, and BPM. Users have the option to allow the app access to this data. Once confirmed by the user, the app syncs live data ensuring accurate information from HealthKit/CareKit and Garmin.

We celebrate your positive contributions. Any negative behaviors, posts, or comments (nudity, profanity, rudeness, hate speech, etc.) will result in the loss of coins or a penalty such as a 30-day muting period or permanent account deletion. Thank you for maintaining a healthy platform.
